We will ship coffee, tea and other items the first business day after receiving your order. We’ll deliver to your home, office or any address you request, including most international addresses. We offer several payment options: check or money order by mail, and MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover online, by phone, fax or mail.

Fax your order with your name (as it appears on your credit card), your credit card number and expiration date to 808 885 8925. Please be sure to include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Enclose a completed order form with a check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date. We do not accept cash or COD orders. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping fees for each shipping address.

If you place your order online, you’ll instantly receive an order confirmation via email. Should you need to make any changes to the order, please reply to that message and we will make those changes. We send a shipment confirmation after your order has been shipped. Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the order.
