Victoria Scott is the visionary creator behind Com.Pan.Ion. She has over 19 years of experience in the food industry and graduated from Culinary Institute of the Pacific with a degree in Culinary Management and Pastry and is also classically trained in French partisary and boulanger work. Victoria has made her reputation known, she knows her doughs.
